QH2 Sound Control

Volume Control When the Hub is Connected to the Phone Base:
  If the Hub is connected to the base of the phone and the volume control is not working, you will want to try moving the dial on the underside of the Hub until you can hear the dial tone clearly and the volume control works.  The Volume and Tone controls will work to adjust the sound coming through the handset of the phone, but the Volume button will not have any effect on the sound coming through the streamer. When the Bluetooth is engaged, only the Tone control on the Hub works. The volume on the streamer will be adjusted through the streamer itself and through the phone that the QH2 is attached to.  

Volume Control When the Hub is Connected directly to the Phone Line:
If the Hub is connected directly to the phone jack in the wall, you will not have volume or tone control on the Hub.  You will only be able to control your volume level using the Bluetooth headset that you have connected to the QH2.
